Abisola Longe
Our team is led by our Chief Executive Officer Abisola Longe, Abisola expresses her passion for individual and corporate development. A seasoned facilitator and mentor, her professional experience of over 25 years encompass seven years of working in two of the “top six” international audit firms- overseas and in Nigeria. She is a graduate of the London School of Economics and member, Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. She worked with Arthur Anderson Nigeria and Agusto & Co. She is highly skilled in coaching, business consulting, career planning and counselling, recruitment, and training in Personal development, Finance, Sales, Performance enhancement, Customer service, and Communication skills.
Mr. Asue Ighodalo
Asue A. Ighodalo, a Founding and Managing Partner of Banwo & Ighodalo also serves as a Director on a No. of Boards. He is an Economics graduate from the University of Ibadan, Oyo State. He has a law degree from the London School of Economics and was admitted into the Nigerian Bar in July 1985. He is highly innovative and proactive and possesses an undisputed flair for brokering and assuring the smooth conclusion of the most complicated negotiations. He has been engaged in many Capital Markets, Project Finance; International Finance related transactions and has very often been instrumental to the development of ingenious and effective strategies for ensuring the success of transactions in which he is involved.
David Ashiru
An adept instructor and facilitator, David is a graduate of Business Studies. He is a business strategist with a proven record of success in business development, organizational transformation, entrepreneurship development & general management. His professional and managerial experience was gained with international companies such as Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers), Marks & Spencer Plc and Digicom Solutions Limited in the United Kingdom; the Nigerian Stock Exchange, The Presidency, Glad Company Limited in Nigeria before taking the helms of affairs at Value Endowment Company. An alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School, David is a passionate people developer whose style is impactful and candid.
Sarah Okagbue
A graduate from the University of Ife, Sarah left ICL Nigeria in 2004 as the Sales and Marketing Director after a 15-year stint with the responsibility of generating profitable sales from ICL’s chosen vertical markets and also establishing the ICL brand name as an IT systems and services company in Nigeria. She won the ICL excellence award three years in a row for outstanding sales achievement. Prior to joining ICL, she had 8 years of sales and marketing experience. She is currently a quality auditor, independent facilitator and trainer and has conducted various training programmes in Sales, Management and Customer Service for GTBank, Ecobank, Afribank and Intercontinental bank.
Gbubemi Atimomo
Gbubemi holds an MSc in Entrepreneurship & Innovation programme from the University of Essex, UK and a first degree in Forest Resources Management from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He also holds a Certificate in Strategic Human Resources Practices from Cornell University, USA (eCornell). He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), USA and an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute for Training and Development (NITAD). He pioneered “The Spirit of Enterprise” initiative designed to promote entrepreneurship amongst young professionals and provide a platform for aspiring entrepreneurs.
